Each bag comes with 2 empty tea bags if you would prefer to have all of the ingredients in the bag instead of floating loosely in the bath.
Simply fill a tea bag with the tea mixture, tie the bag up so nothing fall out of it, place it in the tub and fill the tub up with water (the hotter the better). Let the tea steep for 20mins and give the bag a few gentle squeezes to help release all the goodness. Now its time for you to get in the bath a relax.

Apollo (Citrus and Bay)- dried bay leaves for muscle relaxation and its antimicrobial properties and, lime, mandarin, grapefruit essential oils to wake up and invigorate your senses, getting you ready to face the day. They also soften, brighten and reduce acne irritation due to the high level of vitamin C.
